“Deepavali – The Festival of Lights” signify the victory of good over the evil within us… This festival usually starts with the people waking up early in the morning before sunrise and having an oil bath… and the whole day, we will be in the festive mood… New dresses… Sweets… Bursting crackers… Watching the special TV programs and new movie releases…
Whenever we speak or think about this festival, we would be getting the thoughts of above joy and happiness… In one side as we all are celebrating in the festive mood… there is another side of people that we have to think about…
Had we ever thought of the other side of people who live in the same country who are celebrating the same festival by just looking at the colorful lights in the sky…? Yes… Children in orphanages… Aged people in homes… Helpless men, women & children in roads… It is not that these people don’t want to celebrate the festival as we do… It is that they are in a situation that they cannot…
I was also celebrating even my deepavali without this thought’s… But this time, I really got a thought of it… I have seen many times the pity longing faces of roadside people watching the celebrations going around… But this time I wanted to do something instead of feeling pity for them…
But how?...I don’t know… I am going to india after a week, and also this time I am going to take Housing Loan.. it’s very difficult L…
See this is the situation.
People will always stuck up with some personal or official things, though they have nice thoughts in their mind..but I don’t want to be the one…..
I feel that there is also a way by which, we can make the orphan kinds feel better… We can visit their places directly and gift them whatever we want directly… We have lot of friends and relatives to meet and have a get together on these occasions… But those people do not have anyone… Lets us become their relatives and friends… Lets not make them orphans… Lets make them feel that they too have friends and relatives to take care of them….
Let’s see the joy of colorful lights in the faces of these people…
Wish everyone a very Happy, Safe & Prosperous Deepavali….
