Flow of Life 

"Everything is running smoothly in life"…Sounds Gud.

But...

Life becomes boring if you don’t know what you exactly want from it. As expected I came back to india. joined reputed company in a good role, good working culture with highly motivated colleagues and got more time to spend with my mom and my sister, getting time to have fun with my friends,. But is that I exactly want. Not sure!!!

Sitting in front of laptop daily for 9-10 hours is not my cup of tea. But I think sometimes you have to do that just to fulfill your dreams…Most of my wish-list tasks are still pending. I have just taken a some small steps towards fulfilling my dream .

Let’s see what will happen next. From my past experience I learned that there is no use of doing future planning. I am flowing with the flow of life. Hopefully it will take me to the place where I am expecting the same .

6 Lessions from 6 months

·    Don’t expect that you will encounter only “good” people in life. People are not always who they appear to be. Sometimes our perception against people failed. Rather than blaming on your poor judgment, accept it and move on JJ

·   If someone is blaming on you for a particular reason, listen and keep quiet .,because they might be right. so just have a thought of taking different point of views which makes you clear between them.

·    Hard work and patience really pays in a long run. There is seriously “no shortcut for success”.

·  There is “nothing wrong” in not listening to other’s advice; if you feel that you can take better decision. “Trust your mind and heart”….

·  If you really want to follow your heart, go somewhere where no one disturbs you, sit for some time in “silence” and think what you really want in life! Believe me your heart will never disappoint you...

·  “Change is inevitable” in nature. Adopt a “flexible attitude” towards change.

Its time for Marriage.. Process Flow .

       Last weekend my mood was terribly off because of the situation created by my family regarding my marriage. From the past few months I was avoiding such discussions but now it’s no way. so I registered my profile in the matrimony. It was having all my good points like academic record, job, salary etc. were highlighted. It reminded me of a marketing collateral which I was preparing last week for our new project, so that end users can accept all the reasons!!!

                 Arrange marriage is like that only. Isn’t it???? In fact the entire process is strange where people are going to judge you on the basis of your profile, photograph, and your job.

ONLINE UPLOAD - Oops sorry….

       Profile data that is designed based on your date and time of birth, your family details and it would be display to those people whom your family wants to take the chance with. This data also contains information about your work, complexion, height, hobbies, etc. etc….

It is more or less similar to your resume which you upload on different job portals and on the basis of which recruiters evaluates you whether you are suitable for the applied job or not!!!

Let’s come back to our marriage search as we are not searching a job. We are searching a person here. Based on this data, (comparing the horoscope of both boy and girl) astrologer will tell how compatible the boy and girl will be with each other. Strange that people trust this sheet more than themselves!!!

Once the astrologer tells you that horoscope are matching, then you go ahead towards the next step which is say cheese or scrutiny of all your previous photographs.

SAY CHEESE –  Since your horoscope is matching oops sorry perfectly matching and you both are made for each other types couple so the next step is exchange of photographs. Of course one should know whether his/her partner is smart/ beautiful or not before they say a “yes” or “no”. Trust me it is more or less a kind of Sales activity. In my team I am fully involved in developing sales strategy for new solutions. So from my experience I am saying that…

The best you look in the photograph the more you are in demand!! May it be photo editing or May it is natural. Your photo may be a pass to him/her or fail. If it is passed, then there you go further…..

In fact in my current organization, BG verification is very tough When I was in Delhi, one of my colleagues got fired because of fake experience letter.

But if you belong to a big family with rich dad and big status or at a very good professional position then don’t bother about this small step. You already are in very HIGH DEMAND!!!

LIVE MEETING: After clearing all the above steps if you are still interested in him/her then here you go to the live meeting. In this step, you will meet with the person of your choice.(Sorry! I use the word YOUR choice. Please ignore it. Read it as the WORLD’S CHOICE for you!!!). The guy and gal get the chance to look at and talk to each other. Early days location would have been a temple, own house etc. But now we have improved to meet at CCD, malls, food courts 

There’s lots of discussion regarding your personal and professional likes and dislikes will happen. Don’t get irritated or shocked if your prospective bride or groom discuss silly questions like bring red roses for you or if your prospective bride asks for a separate house after marriage as she cannot adjust with your family members. So be mentally prepared. After all it is an arranged marriage!!!

Sometimes in this step you have to pretend in front of your partner that you are enjoying his/her company but in reality you are totally irritated by his/her pretensions, fake English ascent, etc. etc…

FINAL DEAL –After one or two-three meetings (if you are lucky), the final decision of being REJECTED (Sometimes the reason can be silly too like your height, weight, job, education, age, etc.) or of being SELECTED is declared to other family and date of the wedding is fixed. 

Wait a minute final deal also includes the dowry matters too. What is your expectation to get yourself selected? Uhhhh……..

In short, you are hired! May be in between many a times you have decided that you don’t want to get married or why you have opted for an arrange marriage. Basically you are now here to start a new life filled with responsibilities and risks with an “unknown person”.

I hope you have chosen the right person. But don’t worry as in our society we believe that Marriages are made in heaven so whether it’s right or wrong, it’s GOD’s CHOICE only 

Now I am thinking, why I started myself to get into this process.anyways…..

Women.

I never used to think for finding the difference between men and women. I always believes both are equal to each other, if someone is telling “women’s have some restrictions to compete with men’s”- I won’t agree. 

"- Everyone has their own limitations, not even women".

But in the recent past days, I am hearing so many incidents like abuse, rape, sexual harassments….

which makes me to find something, which is not right between men and women.

-          dialogue from some unknown tamil movie. First time when I heard this dialogue I was asking  myself, what it mean actually? Like in terms of what?  that dialogue was framed out?

Here I just want to share something about 2 women’s who influences in my life and 

who makes me to salute them J

My mom, she was so & so & so…. innocent . she did not knowing of anything other than us. But after my dad death, she really prepared so hard to become mentally  strong and to show off …

 “we are not a people who depending on others, we are the one who can make it happened!!!”.

 Hats off to my mom. (I need to post one more blog ).

My Sister, I was watching her from my childhood. At each and every stage of my life she proves something to show herself, today she is a mother. Sometimes I am not able to believe myself, how she runs a family? From where she got that capability? Really it’s truly unbelievable .

Women can change anything and everything , they have the real power . Please don’t make them different...

We are in the country of worship women as a GOD. So please give respect to them.

I am dedicating this blog to my dear Malar on her birthday Feb 21st.

Wish you many many more happy returns of the day. Long way to go…

Good Company,

New role, New responsibilities, New challenges... But seriously it’s boring. L

In my past experience, I was busy like anything with lots of issues to prove myself. But now nothing is required, simply attending meetings, having discussions, sending mails, chatting with colleagues. I don’t know, how this is going to help me out my carrier.

Though my seniors advising me, about this transition at my carrier level. I taken this option, anyways I am so excited for looking forward.

Thank god.

2nd Yr!

I've thought about quitting a few times, but I'm not ready to give it up.

It’s a only space to share my thoughts., so I don’t want to lose this for any reason. 

Anyways once again I am wishing this 2^nd anniversary to my blog space.

For example, Going to CEO and telling him that I have the competence to become the Vice president of this department.

If he has to reject me let him reject me, i will not reject myself.

If the enemy is outside something can be done about it. if the enemy is inside? nothing can be done about it.

By taking the risk we are going to loose less, by not taking the risk we are going to loose more.
