Smile Please.

my dear friend who having a hard time with her computer..
you better bring for medical checkup asap if not later it reach the final stages of sickness then very 'susahh' cure.. ;)

A smiles seems to be the most simple thing to do yet some people think its hard to share a smile. Do you know that a simple smile will brighten someone's day??.. Its just a smile and it doesn't cost anything.. so my fellow friends if you meet a stranger o whoever just share ur smiles as it will brighten ur days as well.. ('',) don't be so selfish to share ur smile ya.. as happiness are suppose to be share with everyone..

A day without a smile seems like you are living in darkness who doesn't know how to be happy.. so when you smiles make sure it is sincere and from the heart as it will really make the rest of your days happy.. ;)

Reasonss...

“Everything happens for a reason.
  Every action has a reaction.
  Always remember that what’s meant to be will always find a way to come about.”

Sometimes in our lives, when we are feeling low due to some difficult circumstances, we think this “Why only me is facing this situation while my friends/colleagues are enjoying their lives”.
From my personal experiences, I truly believe that “Everything happens for a reason and a purpose, and it serves you.” At times things seem to be bad but when you look back you know there was a good reason why that happened. I feel when we accept what we have and where we are, the intense peace and power that we get enable us to overcome the toughest situation in life.

 May we all realize that life is fair and beautiful and we should enjoy its each and every moment.

This Too Shall Pass.....

Worry, doubt, fear and despair are the enemies which slowly bring us down to the ground and turn us to dust before we die. 
Most of us worry time to time. Some people worry occasionally depending upon the circumstances on the other hand some worry constantly, more often about their relationships, health, job, future etc...
Worrying is not good for health. It increases the stimulation of some stress hormones in our body and has long term side effects as well. Sometime we cannot change unfavourable circumstances in our life so rather than worrying about that we should think positively and accept that situation. ‘This too shall pass’ is one of my favourite quotes. Whenever I feel depressed or low, I recalled this thought. This thought always reminds me that life is not static in nature; it keeps on changing its pace. So we should never waste our time by thinking on temporary hardships....
I think the best way to avoid worrying is to learn to overcome our uncertainties for the future. Most of the people concerned about the things that probably won’t happen. Worries are basically fears and the best way to overcome any fear is to confront it....
